Do you sell directly to end users?

When will I receive my order?

All our products are supplied directly from our warehouse in Houston. We pride ourselves in carrying good stock and aim to get most products out on a 1 – 2 day lead time.For engraved products, lead time is 1 week. For Keyed alike sets, lead time is 3 weeks. We accept Will Calls on request.

What is prepaid freight?

Pre-paid freight is at $250. We also have a minimum order of $50.

What happens if the product(s) are out of stock when I place an order?

As all our stock is shipped directly from our warehouse, it is rare that any of our products would be out of stock. However, if we are unable to deliver your order within the timeframe specified in this guide, we will contact you, as soon as possible to advise of a revised delivery date or offer alternative products.

Do you offer a next day or express delivery service?

We do not currently offer a next day or express delivery service. If you require a product urgently, please call our sales team on +713-673-4000 and they will be happy to assist.
